His first television drama, Ei Shob Din Ratri (Tr. Tale of our daily life), gained unparallel popularity in the mid-eighties and drew attention of the people to this author. He followed this with the comedy series Bohubrihi, the historical drama series Ayomoy, and the urban drama series Kothao Keu Nei
