 Media Buzz: Tollywood actor Prosenjit played the key role in Bengali Movie Jor Jar Mulluk Tar, which was released on Nov 27, 2010 by ESKAY Movies in Kolkata.
The movie Jor Jar Muluk Tar is directed by Haranath Chakraborty and produced by Rajiv Bhado and Sandeep Das. This Bangla movie came under the banner of Ashiyana Films and Sukumar Bhadro. Other than Prasenjit Chatterjee, Megha, Akshat, Sayantan, Rudranil Ghosh, Raj, Sanchita, Rajatava Dutta also played different roles in the movie.
Director Chakraborty has successfully blended entertainment and social relevance in the movie. The film drew huge attention to the critic for its subject: ragging in colleges, but its shows lots of sloppy work from both its director and from key role Prosenjit. Some times it seems that the Haranath Chakraborty touch is missing in every shot, frame and scene.
